Scholars will be required to attend 16 four hour "half-day" meetings twice a month from September to April with graduation being held in May of the current academic year.
Virtual half-day meetings will likely be held on Wednesday mornings from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST (although this is subject to change).
One half-day in fall quarter and one half-day during winter/spring quarter will be an In-Person meeting. Scholars will be notified in advance and appropriate arrangements will be made to best suit their travel needs.
Graduation in May is an In-Person event.
